Needed a battery for my Softail and, having spoken with several H-D owner friends, knew I wanted to get one from H-D. I called on Saturday afternoon and my call was answered immediately (as always) and I was directed to parts. Sorry, I don't remember his name but he greeted me by name I assume from telephone system recognizing my cell which was nice. He looked up the battery and put me on a brief hold to verify the part was in stock which it was. I stopped out and the battery was on the counter with my name on it and ready to go. I also got a quote on an accessory while I was there and my salesman Trevor said hi when I was passing thru. Nice friendly experience.
