The entire staff at Madison HD are exceptional people to work with and all helped me with the decision to buy my first motorcycle! I originally went to HD to sign up for the riding academy to learn how to ride. Julie was so happy to help me with the Jump start to get me comfortable with shifting before class. She even bought me my first bell before I even decided on purchasing a bike. She then hooked me up with Danny Starks to try out bikes and find out what was comfortable for me to ride. Dan was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was not a pushy salesman that made me feel pressured at all. Dan was fun to work with and made the buying experience easy. Meeting Sheri in the finance department was amazing! She was very helpful and understanding. She gave me options and was able to work with me. She gave me insightful advice from finance side and personal riding experience. Randy in the parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me out with all the extras for my bike. Connie and her staff were always welcoming and helpful with buying the right gear to protect me while riding. Jada was helpful with answering questions and concerns with different bikes. She always greeted me with a smile. The rest of the HD staff was amazing as well, always greeting me with a smile as I was walking around the store. Madison Harley Davidson made buying my first 2020 Street Glide Special an amazing experience! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Harley! The staff is definitely a 10 out of 10!!
