My recent purchase of a 2023 Street Glide ST from HD of Madison was a very streamlined and easy process. From first contacting them online about the bike, Jada got back to me within an hour. From there she put me in touch with Dan Stark who handled the rest of the sales process. He was great to deal with, excellent communication/service both online and in person. When I arrived at the dealership to complete my paperwork they had the bike prepped and ready for me. Dan took the time to explain everything with the bike and introduced me to the staff in different areas of expertise. They were all courteous and knowledgeable. With there still being snow on the ground, Dan was able to arrange to have the bike transported directly to my house. All around great service and a great experience from HD of Madison.
