What a amazing experience
I walked in expecting to just sign up for class, and sit on a few bikes and check out the gear needed for a new rider. I immediately was greeted with a smiling face at the front desk, and it made me feel more than welcome. I was shown to Jada who was more than willing to answer any question I had and show me around. I was then taken around with Steven and we sat on at least 40 different bikes. ( at no point did I feel rushed, or a burden in any way and felt like he talked to me like I was a family member or close friend while showing me everything and answering all my questions ). I expressed that I was a brand new rider and didnt know anything when it came to Harleys as well as my long term goals when it came to the possibility of purchasing a Harley Davidson. I was shown and got to sit on many bikes until I found one that fit me perfectly, I walked back in and immediately knew that was meant to be my bike. I signed on the bike not long after. While they prepared paperwork I was taken to each department to meet everyone, and what their department does and how to contact them. I was then brought over and got a very warm welcome when I got to ring the bell and got ushered into the Harley family. Ive never been happier going to a dealership, and I never though in a few hours I could go from someone who knows nothing about Harleys to a member of a caring and amazing family of individuals.
